At WDYC we stand for quality and fairness – and we expect the same from our customers.

If you are not satisfied with an item, you can of course return it as long as the following conditions are met:

Unworn and undamaged goods: We only accept returns of items that are unworn, unwashed and in their original condition. Please only try on clothes without wearing them in everyday life.

Original packaging :
Make sure that the returned items are returned in their original packaging.

Return period: You have 14 days from receipt of the goods to request a return.

Fair Returns: We treat our customers fairly and expect the same from you. If we find that an item is worn, damaged or heavily soiled, we reserve the right to refuse the return.

Return costs: You as the customer are responsible for the return costs unless the item arrives faulty or damaged.

Once we have inspected and approved the returned items, we will refund the purchase amount to the original payment method used.

We ship anonymously and without reference to WDYC

Shipping will be carried out by a provider of our choice.

Delivery times are currently approximately 5-7 working days after receipt of order.
